The problem.
Dr. Christopher Lawley was carrying his notes home. Documentation ran into the evening, a backlog built up behind it, and his staff absorbed the difference in overtime. The clinic had considered ambient documentation but nobody had time to own the rollout.
What we did.
We assessed his EHR and workflow, selected an ambient platform that fit the practice's size and specialty, tuned the note templates for urology, and trained clinicians individually rather than in a group session. We stayed through the first eight weeks and reviewed adoption twice.
The outcome.
Roughly three hours reclaimed per clinic day. More than fifteen hours returned per week. The documentation backlog was eliminated and the staff overtime it generated ended with it.
