This site collects personal information in one place only: the contact form on the Contact page.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store the name, work email, practice or organization, role, and message you enter, along with the date and time of the submission. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not run third-party tracking or analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted by our infrastructure provider in the United States. Access is limited to Bearing Health staff who need it to respond.
Please don't send patient information
The contact form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not include patient details in your message.
Removal
Write to sales@bearinghealth.ai and we will delete your submission and any related correspondence.
