Bearing Health started with a simple observation: the best clinicians we know are exhausted, and not from medicine. From paperwork.

We are a small healthcare AI consultancy in Ohio. We deploy ambient documentation, automate the administrative work that surrounds a clinic visit, and build custom tools when nothing off the shelf fits. We work with outpatient practices, and we work in the systems those practices already own.

We are engineers. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who builds it, and every engagement ends with something running in your clinic rather than a set of recommendations.

We are deliberately narrow. We stay out of payer-facing work entirely, we take no vendor commissions, and we publish results only when a client gives us written permission to.

A compass bearing is a heading you can hold when you cannot see where you are going. That is the job.
